immediatetranslations was founded in Trenzano, in the province of Brescia, in 2016 by a group of professional translators with backgrounds in law, medicine and the manufacturing sector that characterises this part of Lombardy. Brescia is one of Italy's principal industrial centres, with a substantial export-facing economy. Most of our clients are businesses in the region that need documents translated when dealing with foreign buyers, partners or regulatory authorities. The urgency requirement is genuine because our clients operate in sectors where delays have real costs.
We offer express turnaround as a standard option, not a premium upsell. The manufacturing and healthcare sectors frequently face tight deadlines. A component delivery dispute, a regulatory submission, or a contract needing sign-off before a deal closes cannot always wait five days.

We review the material and return a project quote, usually within two to four hours for standard projects and within 30 minutes for urgent requests. The quote confirms exact scope, price, and delivery date. No revisions to the price after work starts.
Your project is assigned to a translator with expertise in the subject matter and language pair. Legal documents go to legal translators who understand Italian and the target legal system. Medical documents go to translators with pharmaceutical or clinical backgrounds.
Every project is reviewed by a second translator before delivery. The reviewer reads for fluency in the target language first, then compares against the source for accuracy. For certified projects, the certification statement is also verified at this stage.
Translated files arrive in the same format as originals, always before the agreed deadline. A confirmation email with the project summary is always sent with the delivery. For certified translations, the certification documentation is included.

Standard documents under 2,000 words come back within 24 hours as a matter of course. For very short documents like single-page certificates, we can often deliver within two to four hours. For larger urgent projects we quote a realistic timeline before starting and always meet it.
A sworn translation in Italy is accompanied by a formal declaration from the translator confirming the translation's faithfulness to the original, submitted to an Italian court or notary. These translations are accepted by Italian public administrations, courts, universities, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Every project goes through a two-stage process: translation by a subject specialist, then review by a second independent translator. The reviewer checks fluency first, then accuracy against the source. For certified translations, the certification statement itself is verified separately.
If the translation contains a material error in meaning, we correct it within 24 hours at no charge. Stylistic preferences not specified in the original brief are handled as paid revision requests. Our delivered quality is high enough that revision requests are rare.
Confidentiality is a standard condition, not an add-on. Our translators work under confidentiality obligations for every project. For highly sensitive matters, such as M&A due diligence or clinical trial documentation, NDA arrangements are available on request before any material is shared.
