The document has to be done, and it has to be done correctly, regardless of how much time there is.
Our express service works from the same pool of certified translators as our standard projects. There is no express-only team with lower standards. The translator who handles an urgent document in 18 hours is the same person who would work on a standard project over three days. The only difference is priority scheduling.
Turnaround for standard documents under 2,000 words is 24 hours from confirmed order. Documents up to 5,000 words are typically done within 48 hours. For anything larger, we quote a realistic deadline before starting and always meet it. If we cannot meet a particular deadline, we tell you before accepting the project, not after.
Documents we regularly handle on express timelines include purchase contracts, power of attorney documents, certificates of incorporation, academic certificates, notarial acts, compliance certificates, and correspondence between foreign and Italian entities. Certified copies are available with the same turnaround when required.

How delivery works
All files are delivered digitally by email in the format of the original document. For certified translations, the signed certification statement is included as a separate document.
