This includes name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, and payment reference information processed through Stripe (we do not store card details). We also collect documents you submit for translation, which may contain personal data belonging to you or third parties.
Personal data is used to provide translation services, communicate about your project, process payment, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling or decision-making.
Processing is based on contract performance (providing the service you requested), legal obligation (compliance with Italian and EU law), and legitimate interest (responding to enquiries). Where required, we obtain consent.
Client records are retained for ten years from the date of last transaction as required by Italian fiscal law. Documents submitted for translation are deleted within 30 days of project completion unless a longer retention period has been agreed.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe Inc. under their own privacy terms. Hosting and email infrastructure providers process data under data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.
