Translating a website is a different job from translating a document. The text is rarely self-contained. It appears in templates, databases, CMS fields, JSON files, and app string bundles. A translator who handles text correctly but ignores format structure creates import problems. We handle both the linguistic and the technical side.
We receive content in the formats your system exports: WordPress XML, Shopify CSV, JSON, XLIFF, PO/POT, InDesign, or plain spreadsheet. We translate within those formats and return files ready to import without developer intervention in most cases. Where hreflang configuration is involved, we can advise on the tag structure.
Localisation is not word-for-word translation. A product name that works in Italian may need adaptation for German or French buyers. A campaign headline that functions through wordplay in one language needs a different approach in another. We flag these cases during the project rather than delivering a literal version that misses the point.
For e-commerce platforms, we also handle product metadata, category descriptions, checkout flow text, email templates, and customer-facing error messages. For apps, we handle UI strings, push notification content, onboarding copy, and help documentation.

All files are delivered digitally by email in the format of the original document. For certified translations, the signed certification statement is included as a separate document.
