All services provided by immediatetranslations are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
Completed translations are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Files are delivered in the same format as the source document where possible (DOCX to DOCX, PDF to editable PDF or DOCX, etc.). Additional formats can be requested at the time of order.
Timelines run from the point at which we receive all source materials and payment is confirmed. If documents arrive incomplete or require clarification, the timeline begins from resolution of the outstanding issue.
We will notify you immediately if a project is delayed beyond the agreed timeline. Delays caused by force majeure or factors outside our control do not entitle the client to cancellation or refund.
Certified and sworn translations include a signed declaration from the translator. For documents requiring apostille processing, additional steps are coordinated through the appropriate Italian authority. Apostille timelines are determined by the relevant public authority and are outside our control.
