Because translation services involve immediately commencing professional work on your documents, our refund conditions reflect the nature of digital professional services.
If you cancel your order before work has started (within two hours of payment and before we have received and reviewed your documents), we will issue a full refund. Contact hello@immediatetranslations.com immediately after payment if you wish to cancel at this stage.
Once translation work has commenced, no refund is issued for the portion of work completed. If work is partially complete at the time of cancellation, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the work not yet performed, at our discretion.
If the delivered translation contains a material error in meaning (not stylistic preference), we will correct it within 24 hours at no charge. If we are unable to correct a verified error to a professional standard, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the extent of the issue.
Refund requests must be submitted to hello@immediatetranslations.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order reference and a description of the issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days via Stripe.
We do not refund orders where the client provided incorrect source documents, changed requirements after work began, or experienced delays caused by factors outside our control.
